9:1 – Then
Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went
to the high priest Acts
9:2 – and
asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any
who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to
Jerusalem. Acts
9:3 – And
as he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone from heaven. Acts
9:4 – Then
he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him,, “Saul, Saul, why are
you persecuting Me?” Acts
9:5 – And
he said, “Who are you, Lord?” And the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are
persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads.” Acts
9:6 – So
he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do you want me to do?” And
the Lord said to him. “Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what
you must do.” Acts
9:7 – And
the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice but seeing no
one. Acts
9:8 – Then
Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes opened he saw no one. But they led
him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. Acts
9:9 – And
he was there three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank. Acts

the Lord said to him “Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name

wanted him to go on with him. And he took him and circumcised him because of the
Jews who were in the region, for they all knew his father was a Greek. Acts

as they went through the cities, they delivered to them decrees to keep which
were determined by the apostles and elders at Jerusalem. Acts
16:5 – So
the churches were strengthened in the faith, and increased in numbers daily. 1
Timothy 4:12 – Let
no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in
conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 1
Corinthians 16:10 – Now
if Timothy comes, see that he may be with you without fear; for he does the work
